How To Make Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 250 g butter, chopped up
- 500 g dark brown sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 200 g icing sugar
Method
Melt the butter in a pan, then add the dark brown sugar and the milk. Whisk together as it comes to the boil. This should take about a minute.
Add the peanut butter and whisk again until smooth.
Finally mix it together in a bowl with the icing sugar and leave to set for about an hour in a baking tray in the fridge.
