Our next infusion involves peppercorns and I suggest that you just buy some peppercorn from the supermarket and use about a fifth of the bottle for your peppercorns, best vodkas to use are strong vodka Karlssons, Legend of the Kremlin and/or 42 below. Just leave it for about 2 weeks or a month or you can leave it longer, you can't really go wrong with peppercorns, but do taste it from every 3 to 4 days to see the strength that you want. The best drink that I would recommend it for is Bloody Mary.

A tip when you are doing your peppercorn infusion is to just put the whole peppercorns in, you don't need to grain them, in fact, it's much better if you don't. Just pop them in. I find over the years if you infuse your peppercorns to fifth of the bottle, you don't need anymore, you will gain the best experience from your infusion of peppercorn.
