How To Make Pineapple Icing
Pineapple glaze is a nice finish for cakes. Here's how to whip some up!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (380ml) icing sugar
- pineapple juice
Method
Put your sugar in a large mixing bowl. Now add pineapple juice a little at a time whilst mixing with a spatula.
Keep adding pineapple juice and mixing until you have the required consistency, and there are no lumps of sugar left.
If you are applying the icing to a cold cake it should drip off your spatula in ribbons. If you are applying it to a hot cake, the mixture should be a little thicker as it will melt slightly.
