Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 juice machine

Step 1: Prepare the Pineapple

Lay the pineapple on a flat surface, cut off the top, slice off the bottom, cut off the sides. Cut across the pineapple to remove the eyes. Cut out the central core. Slice into smaller pieces.

Step 2: Juice the Pineapple

Take your juice machine and place a jug next to it in order to catch the juice. Also place a container at the back for the pulp. Turn on the machine and feed the slices in one by one. Pour the juice into a glass and serve.
