Ingredients
- 2 pomegranates
- 50 g sugar
- 1 cornstarch
- 100 ml water
- 2 margarine or butter
- salt
Method
Heat the cornstarch, sugar, water and a pinch of salt in a pan and mix well.
Cut the pomegranates in half and spoon the seeds into the pan. Add a little more water if it is too thick.
Add the butter and mix well.
