Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups self raising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pink sprinkles
  • black decorating gel
  • shaping moulds
  • piping bag icing
  • sugar paste

Step 1: Decorating the cupcake

Use piping bag to decorate cake, start from the center of cake in swirl design.

Step 2: Sprinkling the cupcake

Take the pink sprinkles and sprinkle them over the cake. Take sugar paste. Cut 3 inches. Roll into ball. Put in mould. Push the sugar paste into the mould. Take sharp knife/scissor push paste to the side. Remove excess sugar paste and put it on the formed mould on top of cupcake.

Step 3: Creating the star

Take a sugar paste, flatten it with palm of hand. Take star shape cutter. Press on it, remove it and put on cake. Use black gel to design the wand. Serve.
