How To Make Purple Slime

Right, now I'm going to show you how to make purple slime. I've got my ingredients down on the table here. First ingredient is PVA glue, the standard white PVA glue.

Secondly, we're going to use a little bit of water there. Then I've got borax powder. Now, this can be bought in chemists' and I've mixed it up with some water.

You give it a good shake. Don't worry about the numbers too much on how much you put in and then we need our colour. I couldn't get purple so I'm going to mix red with blue and we need something to stir it with so I've got a lolly stick.

So, first things first, we need to add some water to the PVA. I'm using roughly equal amounts. You could put more water in if you want the slimiest slime, unless if you want a bouncier slime.

Okay, now we're going to get our colour. I'll start with a tiny little blue, one drop there. I'm going to go with quite a red purple, I think, so a few more drops of that and give that a mix.

We've got a bloodlike slime, so far. I might add a tiny little bit more blue. So, there we are, lovely purple.

Now, we're going to mix our borax into it, give it a good squirt - again, you don't need to be very scientific about it - and start to stir. And you can see straightaway, roughly half has gone straight into slime. We just need to mix that borax in.

You can see here, there's no more liquid left in the cup and it's all sticking together in one lump. When you got to that stage, you're pretty much ready. And here we are, lovely purple slime. .
