Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 1/2 cups (380ml) butter
  • 12 fresh raspberries

Method

Put the butter, icing sugar and fresh raspberries into a mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined. You can add extra raspberries for a fruitier flavour.
