Ingredients
- cherry tomatoes on the vine
- 2 balsamic vinegar
- 2 olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
Place one pack of cherry tomatoes, on the vine or loose, on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar and grind salt and pepper over the tomatoes. Place in a hot oven (around 180 degrees) and roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
