The Recipe Might Taste Good but this is not the authentic Recipe of Roganjosh. There are no Tomatoes and Onions used in this Recipe. The Brownish color of the Roganjosh comes from Yogurt.

Superb recipe thanks, I just used 1 teaspoon of salt after reading the other reviews and that was more than enough. I may use slightly less onions next time and I found this probably serves 3 rather than the 4 I think it says. Very happy with this recipe though, just like you'd get from a take-away or restaurant.
