- 350 g icing sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Put the icing sugar and egg whites into a large bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon. You can also use an electric whisk, but make sure you use a large bowl to prevent the icing sugar going everywhere.
Once the icing sugar and egg whites have fully incorporated, add the lemon juice to thin down the mixture slightly. This step is optional, but it does add to the flavour of the icing.
