How To Make Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
- red onion, chopped
- sausages
- beer
- stock
Step 1: Make the Gravy
Add some oil to a pan. Add some red onion, add the sausage. Cook for about 20 minutes, remove the sausage and add the beer. Distribute well, add some black pepper. Add some stock and allow to simmer to about 30 minutes. Add some herbs, thyme and basil if you fancy. Pour over the cooked sausages and serve.
