How To Make Sausages

Ingredients
- 750 g Pork Mince
- 150 g Bread Crumbs
- Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- Water
Step 1: Mix the Ingredients
Put the pork mince and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add some water, smoked paprika, black pepper and salt. Mix until a solid texture.
Step 2: Sausage Machine
Pile the mixture into a sausage machine. Keep turning the handle at a good speed. After a while the sausage will come out of the other end and can be pinched off.
Step 3: Cook
Fry the sausages for about 5 minutes in a pan that hasn't been preheated.
Step 4: Serve
Serve cut into sections with a drizzle of balsamic sauce, olive oil and salad.
