Ingredients

  • 1 butter
  • mushrooms, diced

Method

Put your butter in a frying pan and melt it.

Once melted add the mushrooms and cook until they turn a nutty colour. It should take 3-4 minutes.

The mushrooms will absorb the butter, but don't add any more as they will release it when they are cooked.

Add a little salt and pepper.
