Step 1: You will need...

  • 50 ml light rum
  • 15 ml anisette
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • ice cubes
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one) or a small sieve
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Put several ice cubes into the shaker then add the light rum, anisette, grenadine and lemon juice.

Put the lid on the shaker and shake well.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Strain the cocktail into the glass. Take a wedge of lemon, make a small slit in one side and place it on the side of the glass. Serve up and enjoy!!
