How To Make Smoothies
Karin Ridgers demonstrates how to make two healthy smoothies, one banana and spinach, the other banana and berries. Both are nutritious, delicious and a great way to start your day.

Ingredients
- 3 cups (750ml) alkalised filtered water
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 banana
- 3 cups (750ml) soya milk
- 1 handful of goji berries
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 5 pomegranate seeds
Step 1: Make The Banana And Spinach Smoothie
Break up a banana into about 3 or 4 pieces, then place into the blender. Add a handful of spinach and 3 cups of alkalised filtered water. Blend for about a minute. Pour into a glass. Enjoy.
Step 2: Make The Banana And Berries Smoothie
Break up a banana into about 3 or 4 pieces, then place them into the blender. Add 3 cups of soya milk, a handful of goji berries, a handful of blueberries and about 5 pomegranate seeds. Blend for about a minute. Pour into a glass. Serve.
