Ingredients

  • 120 g Dark Chocolate
  • 300 ml Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 Caster Sugar

Method

Melt your chocolate by putting it in the microwave in a heat-proof bowl for about a minute and a half.

Once the chocolate is melted, mix in the sugar until it is smooth.

Finally fold in the sour cream.

Leave to cool slightly before use.
