Hi, my name's Ali from Mixology Events. We specialize in cocktail master classes for large and small groups and I'm here today to go through some infused and flavored vodkas. Now, we're going to make strawberry infused vodka.

All you'll need is some vodka, some strawberries, a mixing glass and some form of straining. So now, what I do is take the strawberry and put it straight into our mixing glass. What we're going to do is leave the vodka within the strawberries for about four weeks.

This will let the strawberries break down and then infuse with the vodka. So now, all we do is leave this in a cool, dry place, covered for four weeks and then we come back to it, to strain. Okay.

So after four weeks, the strawberries have broken down and infused with the vodka. But now, what we have to do is we have to strain any of the pulp out and any of the strawberries that are left in there. Okay.

So, now we strain all the pulp and the strawberries out, using two layers of strain. The first strain will get rid of all the large strawberries and any large pieces of pulp and the finer paper will get rid of any smaller bits of pump, ruining the diffusion. And there we have our strawberry infused vodka. .
