Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 honey
- 570 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 g cornflour
Method
Bring the milk to the boil, then remove from the heat.
Whisk together the eggs, the egg yolk, the honey, the cornflour and the vanilla extract. Add the hot milk and return to the pan. Bring the custard to the boil, whisking the whole time, then serve.
