How To Make Tarragon Pesto
Tarragon has a nice aniseed flavour and goes really well with fish and chicken. In this step by step guide Angela Bell from the Buttermilk Barn Cookery School shows you how to make this pesto at home.

Ingredients
- 1 fresh tarragon sprig
- 10 g flat leaf parsley
- 20 g toasted pine nuts
- zest of half a lemon
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 5 olive oil
- salt
- 15 g parmesan, grated
Method
Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
If you are going to use this pesto with pasta you can add a little more parmesan to help it stick to the pasta.
