How To Make The Best Cream Cheese Frosting
Make a rich, fluffy, delectable cream cheese frosting for garnishing your cupcakes or cakes with a truly scrumptious topping. This frosting is made with icing sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla essence.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 kg icing sugar
- 500 g unsalted butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- vanilla essence
Step 1: Mix the Butter and Cream
Mix the butter and cream cheese together in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add to a mixer and churn. Then stop the mixer and scrape down the sides.
Step 2: Churn the Mixture
Then add the icing sugar and the vanilla essence. Start at a low speed to minimize the dust from icing. Eventually increase the speed to the highest setting.
