hi, i really love that you made Jamaican specialties apart of your webshow and couldn't have been more delighted. As a Jamaican, and a very young cook, i am trying to learn how to cook meals from other countries besides jamaica. i've tried European, Italian (for their pasta dishes), Chinese, Indian etc. i still have much more countries to try. However, i am not familiar with most of the ingredients these other countries use nor can i get them in my country. so what i do is customize the ingredients while still keeping it italian or chinese ect. love your vedios and style. keep it up
