if anyone wants the best tasting hot chocolate and especially one that gives you a good night's sleep try this: On the stove, in a pan or pot or whatever, pour your cup/s of milk, heaped spoon of cocoa, heaped spoon of honey & stir til well combined and comes to a slight boil. Pour into cup and add 3 or 4 marshmallows and drink. YUMMOS!!!
I love how people keep calling it a recipe

deadroman you don't mix chocolate and water.
the simpler version: heat a glass of milk or milk & sweet cream in a microwave along with your favorite chocolate (bitter, milk, white). when hot mix very well for at least 60-120 seconds until chocolate is well malted and mixed into the milk. for variations add various spices into the mix
