Step 1: You will need.

  • 50 ml tequila
  • 150 ml Mexican beer
  • Half tsp salt
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 measuring jug
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 bar spoon or cocktail stirrer

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Begin by filling the highball glass almost to the brim with ice cubes.

Continue by measuring out and adding 50ml of tequila and 150ml of Mexican beer to the highball glass.

Using a barspoon or a cocktail stirrer, stir thoroughly.

Step 3: Garnish and serve.

Sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt over the top of the cocktail and add a wedge of fresh lemon - a delightfully fresh cocktail, perfect for any occasion!
