http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/rawsalsa_81423.shtml the recipe here is the right one! but they still put salt and chili in it- slasa is light and refreshing not fiery or it should be!
Thats not salsa! 1. you shouldnt put salt in salsa 2. olive oil? wrong again? 3.peppers? wrong- proper salsa shouldnt even got chilis in - put them in the guacomole- lemons? wrong citrus you want a lime! salsa= lime juice, sweet flavoured toms, onion, coriander and thats it. no more no less. western chefs add salt and jizz in it. idiota. try it over this western crap any day -then again if you want salsa that resmbles the crap doritos sell? make it like above with cheap tinned tomatoes and addn some sheap chili powder or use vinegar instead of citrus juice.
GREAT WEBSITE
That is pico de gallo, not salsa and you don't put olive oil in it.
It's really easy to follow the steps.
Needed a easy recipe for My Beaver scouts to do and this did the trick - thanks
