Ingredients
- 1 large tomato
- salted butter
- 2 slices brown bread
- 1 slice cheese
- low fat mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
Method
Begin by spreading butter on both slices of bread. With a sharp knife, cut out the eye of the tomato and slice it thinly.
Evenly lay the tomato slices over one slice of bread, then place one slice of cheese, salt and pepper and mayonnaise over it.
Place the other slice of bread on top and slice along the two diagonals and lay them on a plate.
