How To Make Vanilla Cookies

The lovely ladies from Blackheath Cooks are here to show you how to make lovely vanilla cookies. With 4 simple ingredients, conquer the kitchen, and make this delicious treat.

Ingredients

  • 220 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 100 g Corn Flour
  • 150 g Self-Raising Flour

Step 1: Make the Dough

Add softened butter to a mixing machine or bowl and beat. Add dash of vanilla extract and mix, then add the icing sugar and mix again. Mix in the corn flour and the self raising flour.

Step 2: Bake

Use two teaspoons to take out balls of dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes. Once they are ready, slide them off the tray and leave to cool.
