Ingredients

  • 240 g butter
  • 900 g icing sugar
  • 1/2 cups (120ml) milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt

Method

Put your butter in an electric mixer and mix until it is light and fluffy. Start the machine at a low speed at first, then turn it to the higher speed.

Return the mixer to the slower speed and add the sugar.

Once the sugar is mixed in, add the salt and the vanilla essence.

Beat until light and fluffy.
