The sweetness of the carrot and beetroot in this recipe will go really well with the aniseed flavour of the fennel. You can also add a little apple if you like.
To make the juice, begin by turning on your juicer, then feed in the vegetables.
These quantities will make roughly 250-300 ml of juice.
