How To Make Veggie Burgers

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed potatoes
  • 75 g peas
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 grated courgette
  • 2 cubed carrots
  • 2 handfuls of spring greens
  • salt
  • pepper
  • burger buns
  • cheese

Step 1: Add the Vegetables

Add the mashed potatoes, 75g peas, 1 tbsp parsley, grated courgette, cubed carrot and spring greens to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 2: Shape the Patties

Shape the patties into burgers, dust with flour and fry in a pan for 5 minutes each side. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes. Melt some cheese on top of a burger bun. Then build the veggie burger. Serve with chips.
