Ingredients

  • 50 ml vodka
  • 100 ml double cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

Add the vodka to a pan. Be careful not to stand too close to the pan as the vodka may ignite. Add the cream, season with salt and plenty of pepper and leave to reduce until thickened.

Serve with chicken or fish.
