Here are directions to make delicious whipped cream icing. Just simply mix these few ingredients and you can have the scrumptious icing that the bakeries use.
Now, we're going to demonstrate how to make whipped cream icing. So, that's a combination of butter cream and whipped cream, and we're going to need some butter, some icing sugar, some whipping cream, a pinch of salt, and a little vanilla. It's a very easy recipe to follow.
First, we're going to mix up the butter until it's light and creamy. We're going to add the icing sugar and a pinch of salt and once that's incorporated, we're going to add in the whipping cream and the vanilla, and then, whip that all together. First, you take your butter, 120 grams; pop it into the mixing bowl and then 200 grams of icing sugar.
Remember to just turn it on very low at first, if you don't want icing sugar flying everywhere. Going to mix that up until it's well incorporated. At this point, you can add a pinch of salt as well, and you'll know it's ready when the butter cream sticks to the side of the bowl, so we can turn that off and add in the cream.
You'll want to probably scrape the edges before you add the cream. So, that will get incorporated well. Now, we're going to add the whipping cream.
It's a third of a cup. And this is pure vanilla essence that's added in and then, you're going to whip it up again. You may need to scrape the bowl several times to make sure it's incorporated.
And then, as soon as it's incorporated and light and fluffy, you're done. And that's how to make whipped cream icing. .
