- 120 g butter
- 200 g icing sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cups (75ml) whipping cream
- 1 pure vanilla essence
Step 1: Mix the Butter and Icing Sugar
Add the butter and icing sugar to a mixer. Mix on a low speed at first and gradually increase until the butter and ice are well incorporated. Add a pinch of salt. Once the buttercream begins to stick to the side of the bowl, it's ready.
Step 2: Add the Cream and Vanilla
Add the whipping cream and the pure vanilla essence. Begin mixing again, wait until there is a light and fluffy consistency. Done.
