How To Make White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies
Step 1: Pre-Heat
- 220 g butter, softened
- 160 g light brown sugar, packed
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 310 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 130 g macadamia nuts,, coarsely chopped
- 180 g white chocolate chips
- Mixing bowl
- Mixer or whisk
- Parchment paper
- Cookie sheet
Step 2: Dry Ingredients
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt until they are combined.
Step 3: Mix
Mix the butter and both sugars together until smooth. Beat in the eggs, then add the vanilla. When the wet ingredients are combined, stir in your flour mixture, little by little, and then fold in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
Step 4: Drop
Use a tablespoon to drop globs of dough onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Keep a couple of inches between cookies - they'll spread when they bake.
Step 5: Bake
Bake your cookies about 10 minutes, until they're golden brown. Let them cool on the pan for a minute, and then move them to a cooling rack. This recipe makes about 4 dozen cookies.
Done.
