How To Make Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 110 g butter
- 65 g caster sugar
- 2 free-range eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 120 g blueberries
- nutmeg
- double cream
- 110 g plain whole wheat flour
Method
Put the butter and sugar in an electric mixer and cream together.
Once the sugar and butter have gone pale and creamy, add the eggs and continue mixing.
Add the baking powder and whole wheat flour and mix on a slow setting. Scrape down the side, then mix again so everything is incorporated.
Remove the bowl of the mixer and fold in the blueberries and a pinch of nutmeg.
Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases, and then bake in a cupcake tray for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Serve as a dessert with cream, or just as they are.
