- firm black icing
- thin black icing
- 1 cupcake
- green buttercream icing
Method
Begin by making a triangle shape with the firm black icing. This will be the witch's hat
Spread the green buttercream over the cupcake with a butter knife. Ensure there is a flat surface to stick the hat to.
Stick the hat to the cupcake, and pipe on a face using the thin black icing.
