How To Make Yoghurt With Fruits

Step 1: You will need:
- 400 g plain yoghurt
- 200 g fresh, seasonal mixed fruits, sliced
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 80 ml honey
- 3 tbsp salted nuts
- some mint sprigs, for garnish
- 1 spoon
- 1 whisk
- 2 serving glasses
Step 2: Prepare the yoghurt and fruit
Begin by whisking the yoghurt until it is thoroughly smooth and without any lumps. Next, sprinkle the fruit with the vanilla sugar.
Step 3: Layer the yogurt and fruit
Place a couple of spoonfuls of the fruit mixture into the two serving glasses. Add two spoonfuls of the yoghurt on top and drizzle over some honey. Make a second layer of fruit, yoghurt and honey. Finish with a sprinkling of chopped nuts and some berries or a slice of fruit.
Step 4: Serve
As a colourful garnish, decorate your yoghurt with a few sprigs of mint and serve immediately!
