This VideoJug film is designed to show you how to create your own juice recipes, as well as what fruits and vegetables to pick.
Now, making your own juice recipes is really simple. All you have to decide is what you need to put together. If you're not sure what to start with, then you can make up some really simple combinations to begin with, like carrot and apple, carrot and orange, celery and carrots.
Things like that really box down to basic juices, and then you can eventually graduate to something more than that and you can start adding other things like beach roots and green vegetables, etc. Now, the whole thing about making your own juice is because, of course, you're going to be getting a lot of nutrients out of fresh fruit and vegetables, and it's also a very good way to hydrate. There's a juicer such as this, which is what you call a masticating juicer, and that's got two pins which crushes up the fruit and all the vegetables, and then you get a lot more juice out of them.
Other juicers are a centrifugal juicer, which spins at high speed, which just mashes up the fruit and the vegetables. The only thing with the centrifugal juicers is that they tend to make a lot of froth when you make your juice and you may not extract as much juice out of the actual product. But they're still good.
They're a good starting point if you're not sure, and they're relatively cheap as well. So like I said, good combinations start with carrot apple, carrot celery. Carrots are a good one to start with because they're easy to juice as well or just plain carrots.
So, that's basically all you need. If you want to start adding more stuff in or get into more hearty green type juices, then you can start using things like kale, watercress, spinach, and it's good to add some lemon with that and some sweeteners like apples as well. And that's how you make your own juice recipes. .
