Step 1: Welcome to mocktails

Hi, welcome to ShowMeTheCurry.com. I'm Hithel. I'm Menusa, and we're having a party tonight so we're just looking for... we're having an Indian theme, Indian food, of course, Indian... us, so we wanted to have some Indian Mocktails, Cocktails to just go along with the theme and one of our subscribers actually sent in this recipe. Awesome recipe! We're going to show it to you. And, it can be made into a mocktail or a cocktail version.

Step 2: Recipe:

So, let's get started and show you a couple of ways of making it. It's called Zair, by the way. Yes... thanks for mentioning that! I'm in a party mode right now, ready. Ok, we're going to start off with frozen limeade. Lemonade doesn't work, so be sure you buy frozen limeade. We've defrosted it, and per glass we're going to take 2 tablespoons of this mixture. It already looks good. And here's some chat mas ala, my favorite. We're gonna do one glass with chat mas ala - it's a quarter teaspoon of chat mas ala, and the other option is black salt. I'm going to do a quarter teaspoon of that in one glass, and we're going to give it a mix. And at this point, if you want to make a drink into a cocktail you can add in a shot of vodka, and if you don't then keep it out - it's perfectly fine either way. To this we're going to add either Sprite, Ginger ale, or 7-up - whatever you have on hand. Stir well. Finally, top with ice.

I can't see mine, but it looks good! I have to wait for the froth to settle down. I think the salt reacts a little differently with the soda. I'm sure, and here's some garnish. There you go... and, there you go. How cute is that? Awesome! Look at that. So now, get ready for our Congo team. So, cheers to you! Cheers to Show Me The Curry, and thank you very much for everything, and join us again in another episode of ShowMeTheCurry.com. Adding a pinch of spice to your life!
