How To Massage The Female Chest, Part I

Step 1: Apply Lotion

Start the chest massage by applying lotion or cream to the upper chest and shoulders.

Continue with effleurage breast massaging technique.

Step 2: Chest Massage

Then continue with effleurage underneath the collar bone and circular friction underneath the collar bone.

Then look for the spaces between the ribs and use circular friction.

You can do the same thing on the other side of the chest.
