How To Master Letting Go Of Fear
Is fear your main concern? This video provides you various methods to control and overcome fear. It gives an idea as to how one can manage and understand the reason for fear.
The strange thing about fear is that its not really something you can eliminate but being able to master the art letting go of it is actually letting go of the concept that fear is going to be holding you back in life because you have this fear it means your not going to be able to achieve the things that you want to. Fear is actually something that I think is vital to give you some sort of guidance when we are off track and on track. Now, sometimes, fear can be overwhelming where it can makes you stop dead in our tracks and that is the type of fear that we want to really master over coming and letting go off.
For having some level of fear, I actually think is really, really healthy especially because sometimes we might be in physical danger and that sense of fear and awareness, consciousness of where we are could actually, say, potentially can save of lives. But the fear that is irrational and the fear that stops you from speaking in public or stops you going on a date or that stops you going for a promotion or a certain job those are the fears that we really want to try and master over coming or at least reduce them down to a manageable size. Now, fear is something that really is a state of mind and I know you might fed up by hearing this but it really, really is and sometimes it can come from learned behaviours and habits and certain beliefs .
A great way to actually teach ourselves to overcome and master fear is to go back to a time when we were very, very fearful but we still manage to achieve the outcome so we managed to actually work with the fear. I am sure some of you heard of that book Feel The Fear and do it anyway but there are a lot of times were we felt the fear but we continued and kept going, so what I want you to use that as some sort of plan and guide as to show you that it is possible to work through the fear. Question the fear, don't let it get so big that it makes you feel that you can't see past it.
Question it, sometimes you just have to ignore it and keep going because that is going to be your key in order for you to reach the end goal. And befriend it, look at your learning, it might be that there is a message that you are just not getting and you really need to go back and address and think what can I learn from this. So in order to master and overcome the fear, befriend it sometimes.
You just have to work you way through it, reduce it, minimize it, take away any unnecessary obstacles that are there and sometimes just accept that it is going to be your friend. It is going to be there but you still can achieve the end goal irrespective of the beliefs that we have and the fear that might be sometimes holding us back.
