All wines even riesling is too over powering for the delicate flavours of the raw fish and rice in my honest opinon. Also on a minor note though, I don't mean to be rude. However,both interviewer and interviewee need to watch the video "How to Eat Sushi" that is locate on Video Jug. Because judging from what is shown here they don't follow the rules.
