Step 1: Melt your Chocolate
Add some water to a pan and heat. Put a bowl on top of the pan. Don't allow the water to boil. Add your chocolate to the bowl. Stir and move the chocolate to allow it to melt. Wait until you have a nice, smooth consistency. Use it to cover strawberries, cakes, or whatever you fancy.
