Well, mixing of car body colours in general, you go to a hardware shop to buy the colours already made, that is really easy and the only way to do it to have to mix up your own paint, mix up of stains, special lights, special peculations and so, not provided by the car. From my point of view, even in previous years, we have mixed stains and in our choice, it is just cost effective and to buy the paint tins, we need so many different tins to make the colour up and generally every colour has at least four or five tins colours in it to make the colour up. We have some paints here and it is stirring stick and you can use a wood and make sure it is very plain and get it bold and you see the top area separated from the bottom.

In the top, it is clear and it is a binder and below that, you got the paint and that is how the paint separates when it is being left open or you can have a look of resin there over a period of time it separates. No matter what quantity of paint is there, the point is that you got a form that goes in there, make the paint up, volume to quarter litre or half litre or one litre of paint. When you are stirring, stir with the stir stick on.

The colour pigments which cling to the sides until it is released, so move it on the lid and put the paint down and when it comes to the paint, give a little bit of stir all the way around and all the edges and it will bring different colours or pigments together. You need to stir for at least 30 to 45 seconds and if the paint stands for a while, then stir it up for a minute. This is how you know to make quickly a paint and the thing is if you are going to do a paint work and paint one bay and stay away from it and then get back to it six months later, want to paint another bay, the colour if not mixed properly will change.

You have the finish and it is nicely mixed up and opened up for about 20 odd seconds, I suppose, and this paint is already mixed up a few days ago and so you only need to re-stir up and you know the point that the pigment colour has set right. The colour is there and that colour at the top or the bottom will be the same and that is how you mix the colour up. Hope that what I have explained to you today has been useful and if you have any problem, you can check our website or give a phone call and we would be glad to help you out. .
