Top Tips
- You need to establish whether your skin is dehydrated, or whether you have true dry skin. If you have true dry skin it will tend to flake, whereas if you have dehydrated skin it will tend to have fine lines.
- Make sure you hydrate properly from within, so drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.
- Exfoliate before you moisturise.
