I'm going to show you how to make your own products, all very easily and all in the comfort of your own home. I'm going to show you how to moisturize skin. Moisturizing your skin is very important because it's subject to so much form the wind, the sun and pollution.

So, it's important to put some hydration and nutrients back and give it some protection, too. Firstly, I always recommend using natural products because ingredients from nature are kind to the skin and they can have the most amazing effects, too. Buy organic where possible because these have less pesticide residues and they are also richer in nutrients.

Now, your body can be divided into three areas really for moisturizing. There is the face and neck, hands and feet, and the rest of the body and each area has different needs, but for each area, try not to apply too much product because it still needs to breathe and function and use one that glides easily on skin so you don't cause any damage. Now, the best time to apply moisturizer is after you cleanse skin and after bathing because it's warm so it absorbs more moisture and more nutrients.

Now, for the face, I recommend a really good antioxidant product, which is for the neck as well and simply put it on to your fingertips, dab over the skin, on the face and neck before smoothing in with your fingertip pads in upwards and outwards movements. For your hands and feet, they tend to get much drier because they are used so much so I recommend a richer product and simply apply and smooth over with your hands. Hands and feet tend to need moisturizing in the morning and night, but for the rest of the body I would only do it once a day.

The rest of the body is not quite as needy as well because it's covered up a lot more, so I recommend a nutrient rich lotion, which goes in a lot easier and it's non-greasy on the clothes and simply smooth into the skin using your full hand, and there you should be moisturized beautifully from top to toe. .
