How To Operate The iPod Shuffle Controls

Step 1: Turn It On And Off

To turn on your Shuffle, simply slide the round button on the bottom of the shuffle to the right so you can see the green bar. Switch the round button to the left to hide the green, and the Shuffle is in the off position. Plug the earbuds into the headphone jack on the top of the Shuffle and you are ready to listen.

Step 2: The Shuffle Controls

To play and pause a song, simply press the center of the click wheel. You can fast-forward through a song, move to the next song or rewind using the Fast-Forward and Rewind buttons to the left and right of the Play/Pause button in the center of the click wheel.

Step 3: Adjust The Volume

The volume control buttons are located on the top and bottom of the click wheel.
