uk, and now we're going to talk about arranging a funeral. Green funerals are becoming more and more popular and your local funeral director can advise you on your options. A green funeral is usually a burial, although they can be cremations too.
There are a number of burial sites around the country that are as simple with the woodland and river field and the grave is usually marked with just a wooden cross. They will not be allowed any other type of stand to be placed on the grave. The main types of coffin used for a green funeral are bamboo, wicker or cane.
These coffins can be buried or cremated. To recap, your local funeral rector would tell you all the option that are available to you or you may wish to visit the Association of Natural Burial Grounds for further information. .
