Step 1:

Palm Reset

I'm going to try to demonstrate how to do a soft reset on both the palms.

The first one is on the Zire 71.

You just put a bent up paper clip and poke it in the back here, and that's all you need to do.

Step 2:

Treo 650

Then with a Treo 650, you do exactly the same thing. Put a stylus in the back of the palm device, and you then just start poking it in the back.

And I'll go through its splash screen. And that's how you do a soft reset!
