Actually I've done this stuff before, not professionally...and it not just for pervs honest!...photographing anyone...its tricky as evryone want to look their best...second thing is dont get the model into position where after half an hour thye ache...rest breaks are important...and..lighting lighting lighting that so important.....outdoors stuff matters too as you have the sun oh and please find somewhere discreet foliage is nice as the greeniness complements and contrasts the fleshiness of the skin.its also quite relaxing ..watch out for cool breezes as you get goose pimples....ladies don't like that.....ok so there you go...robert (i'm not a perv)

Having been a professional portrait photographer and educator for over 30 years, the same duties apply regardless of male or female photog or male or female client. I say 'client' because professionally the client wants a pro to do what pro's do, and that is work for the best poses, settings, and lighting. There is no oogling and peeping because the photog has work to do and do it to the best of her or his abilities. Keeping track of composition, lighting, wrinkles, stubborn hair, correct backgrounds, and a hundred other things per shot makes the time a photographer has per shot occupied enough to not have time to be a peeper. Any portraiture sitting requires the same amount of professionalism that any other job requires, and that's to concentrate on the job and do your very best with your abilities to please the boss or client, who usually is the boss. The same abilities are required when taking a picture of a naked building or a naked pet. Be a professional at everything you set out to accomplish and your reputation will become well known.

I love to experiment with lighting the nude body esp. in B & W. I have never photographed a woman nude however. With digital, a tripod, lights and a timer I take pictures of a man in his sixties (me) and some of them turn out pretty interesting and artsy, if I say so myself. So , there!

I just conducted my first nude photo shoot using someone other than myself as the model. I've photographed myself in many poses over the last 7 years or so, but I never had the chance to get a model until now. I finally found one, who posed for 2 hours for $200. She was excellent! She was willing to try out all my crazy ideas, even posing in locations that I would have been reluctant to try on my own (like running through someone's hay field outside a small town). We had a great shoot, especially for my first time. This was, incidentally, the first time that I have ever seen a naked woman in real life. Actually, that part of it wasn't any different to me than seeing anyone else naked, at least most of the time. It wasn't until I started running around taking photos of her from all different directions that I began to realize that I was looking at a real naked woman. Anyway, I was very busy throughout the shoot, too busy for the most part to pay much attention to anything except taking the best shots I could. Even though we shot for about 2 hours, I had prepared a lengthy list of poses and locations, so I was certain that I would not run out of interesting poses for my model. Best to run out of time than to run out of ideas. Now I would like to know, what should I do with my photos?
