    You can cut the flowers/leaves, but don't pull out the bulbs; they should bloom once or twice (in the following years of course).

    What can I do with my tulips after they are dond blooming. I do not like all of the leafs that are in my flower bed. When can I take the bulbs out and when can I remove the leafs? Is it possible to dig them up and plant in a holding bed until all of the stems and leafs are dead then dig up and re plant in the fal? Please advise the best method of keeping my flower bed beautiful. Thank you Sharon
